Matosinhos City Hall project - SIMPLIFICAR-ME – Citizens Life Simplification, is awarded with the Public Sector Best Practices Prize

MIND integrated the “Simplificar-me” Project with it's ePaper solution. This solution allows to receive and analyse all the urban planning documentation in digital format, in an integrated and automatic way, by Matosinhos City Hall, making the process faster, more effective and transparent.

The “Simplificar-me” Project intended to simplify the life of citizens, by increasing their satisfaction level and contributing for a better City Hall employees productivity.

The Mayor of Matosinhos City Hall, Dr. Guilherme Pinto, confessed to be “very proud” for the received award, emphasising that Best Practices Prize “showed that it was worth the effort, the innovation, and the creativity”, once “today we have the best Service to Citizens”.
